No requirements - a quest for any character on Rookgaard. Amber gives a short sword for the notebook.
Start: The Rookgaard temple. Show on the map
The traveller Amber left her notebook on her raft at the south-eastern shore of the island. From the temple we leave the town to the north through the gatehouse in the wall: up the wooden stairs and down through a trapdoor, already outside the wall. Then we walk through the forest east and south-east to the raft.
We open the chest on the raft and take Amber's notebook - a book with a list of names and stars. Every character gets it only once, so we must not lose it.

Amber rests in the room with beds in the cellar below the northern part of the town: from the temple we walk north to the stairs down, and in the cellar through the doors to the north-east. We say notebook and yes - Amber takes the notebook and gives us a 
short sword.
Amber Player: hi
Amber: Oh hello, nice to see you Player. Are you here to hear some stories of my adventures or do you need help?
Player: notebook
Amber: Do you bring me my notebook?
Player: yes
Amber: Excellent. Here, take this short sword as a reward.
Tips
Amber accepts the notebook at any time - you do not have to ask her about the quest first.
