Buddel takes you to Helheim only with the permission of the shaman Hjaern - in the Ice Islands Quest you have to reach the mission The Secret of Helheim and accept it. The trip costs 50 gp each way.
Start: The Svargrond temple. Show on the map
We set out from the temple in Svargrond to the south, to the harbour. 
Buddel takes us by boat to the small island of Helheim in the east.

Note: without Hjaern's permission Buddel does not answer to "helheim" at all.
From the landing we walk south-east and up a ramp. Up there we go north and down into the tombs. From there ramps lead us lower and lower: north, then east, down to the lowest floor.
Note: the tombs hold Ghouls, Mummies, Crypt Shamblers, Demon Skeletons and Bonebeasts.
Down there we follow the corridor south to the dead skeleton. We open it - everyone can open it once. We go back the same way, and Buddel takes us back to Svargrond (svargrond, yes).
