Buddel only takes honorary barbarians (after the Barbarian Test). The trip costs 50 gp each way.
Start: The Svargrond temple. Show on the map
We set out from the temple in Svargrond to the south, to the harbour. The drunk captain 
Buddel takes us by boat to the island of Okolnir.
Player: hi
Buddel: Ho ho, *HICKS*. Captain Buddel is always at your service! okolnir, helheim, tyrsung, camp

Buddel: It's nice there. Except of the ice dragons which are not very companionable.
Player: yes
From the Okolnir landing we walk south and up a ramp. Up there we cross to the west, go down a ramp and right away down a second ramp into the cave. In the cave we walk west to the box in the wall.
box Note: Frost Dragons and Dragons live on the island and in the cave. Lure them one at a time.
We open the box - everyone can open it once. We go back the same way to the landing, and Buddel takes us back to Svargrond (svargrond, yes).
Tips
Okolnir also has the inactive geysers needed in the Ice Islands Quest (mission Nibelor 5) - you can combine both trips.
