There is no Level gate. Orc Leaders and Orc Shamans roam near the box.
Start: The Edron temple. Show on the map
We set out from the temple in Edron to the south-west of the city and climb down a ladder into the sewers. Through a sewer grate we go one floor lower, and two rope spots bring us back up to the surface outside the city. We walk south to a hole in the ground - it drops us into a small room of the orc cave.

A lever stands in the room. We use it - the stone in the passage next to it disappears. Using it again puts the stone back, so if the passage is already free, we leave the lever alone. Behind the stone we follow the cave west and then a long corridor south to a hole.

We drop through the hole one floor down. There we head for the next hole in the north-east, and one floor lower for the hole in the north. At the bottom we walk west to the box with a backpack - we can open it once.
box Note: Orc Leaders hit hard, and Orc Shamans cast spells from a distance.
Tips
There is a rope spot under every hole. We climb back up through them, through the passage where the stone was and up the ramp from the small room to the surface.
From this floor one more hole leads down to the body with the Dark Armor - we can take both treasures in one trip.
