Shaman is an outfit for a Premium Account. Hairycles gives the outfit after the whole Ape City quest, and the shaman Chondur on Meriana gives both addons. An addon goes to both the male and the female outfit at once.

The outfit
After the last mission of The Ape City quest we go back to 
Hairycles in Banuta. We say outfit and yes - we get the Shaman outfit.

First addon: the staff
The shaman 
Chondur has a hut in the north of Meriana. He talks about addons only to someone who already has the Shaman outfit. We say addon and yes twice: he wants a mandrake and 5 dworc voodoo dolls.
Chondur Player: hi
Chondur: Be greeted, child.
Player: addon
Chondur: If you fulfil a task for me, I'll grant you a staff like the one I'm wearing. Do you want to hear the requirements?
Player: yes
Chondur: Deep in the Tiquandian jungle a monster lurks which is seldom seen. It is the revenge of the jungle against humankind. ...
Chondur: This monster, if slain, carries a rare root called Mandrake. If you find it, bring it to me. Also, gather 5 of the voodoo dolls used by the mysterious dworc voodoomasters. ...
Chondur: If you manage to fulfil this task, I will grant you your own staff. Have you understood everything and are ready for this test?

Chondur: Good! Come back once you've found a mandrake and collected 5 dworcish voodoo dolls.
Only Tiquandas Revenge carries a mandrake - a rare jungle boss that appears without warning, on average once in a few months. The voodoo dolls come from Dworc Voodoomasters. With everything we say mandrake and yes - we get the staff.

Second addon: the mask
Chondur gives the second task only after the staff: task and yes twice. He wants 5 dworc tribal masks and 5 banana staffs of the Banuta magicians.

Chondur: Good! Come back once you have collected 5 tribal masks and 5 banana staffs.
Tribal masks drop from dworcs (Fleshhunters, Venomsnipers, Voodoomasters), and banana staffs from Merlkins in Banuta. With everything we say tribal mask and yes - we get the mask.

Chondur: Have you gathered the 5 tribal masks and the 5 banana staffs?
Player: yes
Chondur: Well done, my child! I hereby grant you the right to wear a shamanic mask. Do it proudly.
Tips
The order is fixed: first the staff, then the mask. You can collect the mask items earlier, but Chondur accepts them only after the staff.
