Start: The Venore temple. Show on the map

The way to the offering hall

We set out from the temple in Venore to the west, through the city and across the desert. Far in the west, south of the Kazordoon mountains, we dig open a stone pile in the sand with a shovel.

The stones are dug away - we step into the hole.

Below the stones a chain of holes takes us several floors down. Then we climb ladders back up, floor by floor. At the end we pass a Level 20 gate into the offering hall.

Note: these corridors also hold a side path to the library. Hagor gives Key 4022 for a roll; it opens a small closet where a box holds Key 4009 to the library. They are not needed for the quest.

The hall has four tiles around the lever - one for each vocation. Two tiles away from each of them stands an empty coal basin, where the offering goes. Every character reads its own block below.

The lever and the treasure room

When everyone is in place and the offerings lie on the coal basins, the Paladin uses the lever. If someone is missing or a vocation does not match, the game says you need one player of each vocation. If an offering is missing, it says who has not put it down. When everything matches, the offerings vanish and all four are moved to the treasure room.

Two chests stand in the treasure room - everyone opens each of them once. The stairs in the north lead straight up to the desert.

Tips

The offerings have to lie on the coal basins when the lever is used - put them down only once you are there.
